Hello, I’m Kyla Nelson!

I’m someone who has always been drawn to the moments most people miss. The split seconds before kickoff, the quiet focus before a play, and the emotions that sometimes don’t make the highlight reel.

That mindset is what led me into sports marketing and content creation. Two spaces where storytelling, emotion, and connection matter just as much as the final score.

Through my experience working in sports, I’ve had the opportunity to create content that connects fans beyond the game-whether that’s through digital storytelling, fan engagement initiatives, or capturing moments that make people feel like they are a part of something bigger.

Originally from Irvine, California, I grew up with the Pacific in my backyard and a camera in my hand. My love for film photography taught me to slow down and look for the frame within the frame — a perspective I carry into everything I create. When I'm not behind a lens or building content strategy, you can find me at the gym, lost in a good book, spending time with family, or on the hunt for a new food spot. I'm currently based in Green Bay, Wisconsin and actively looking to bring my work back home to SoCal — where the lifestyle, the culture, and the storytelling opportunities are unlike anywhere else.
